There are several levels to this picture:

First, the blurred background in the upper hald, and the just-as-blurred foreground in the lower half trace two lines wich are like a beak, or jaws, closing in on the image's main content.

The content itself, in the center line, is a great mix of sharp lines and soft dots. A few blurred lines and sharp dots (the water drops) make a great counterpoint. Point and counterpoint intertween in an inextricable and very delicate fuss, with just one (and then a few) flower(s) standing out, in perfect focus, and in its own particular color.

That the backlight shines through the primary subject, and then a little less through the secondary subjects (the parts a bit less in focus), and then not at all through the fore- and background, adds to the delicacy of everything. The opposition of light and shades are in perfect coherence with the game of depths you seem to have played here.

I'd really like to know which lens you use. I think I want the same one for myself - and then I'd like to have your talent too.

The only thing that disturbs me is this frankly oblique (and unnaturally straight) stem near the center, which draws a rather harsh line in a direction opposite to almost everything else. Was this a voluntary choice of yours, or just an accident ? I find it unfortunate - if anything has to be.
